Your shipping confirmation email contains a live tracking link and your tracking number. Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folder, or contact us and we’ll resend it.

Track with your number

Have your tracking number handy? Enter it on your carrier’s website to see the latest delivery status in real time.

Delivery times

• Dispatched within 24 hours of ordering (business days).
• Australia: typically 2–5 business days.
• New Zealand: typically 5–10 business days.
